For wholesale ordering, please register by clicking Wholesale Orders to access our wholesale prices.  It may take one business day to process your registration before you can access wholesale prices.  Our website, printed catalog, and line-sheet items are not guaranteed instock.  Please call us to check items' availability. SHIPPING: We normally ship within 72 hours of receipt of orders. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex ground. Shipping with 48 contiguous states starts at $8.50. Hawaii and Alaska may cost more. For rush delivery please indicate on your order or let your sales associate know during ordering. Additional charges apply for rush delivery. We ship internationally and welcome international buyers.  Duty and taxes may occur during customs clearance and will be the responsibility of the buyer. BACKORDER: There are usually no backorder for retail sales. Wholesale backorders may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. We automatically backorder unless otherwise requested. However, backorders under $25.00 are automatically canceled. Backorders are shipped freight free unless combined with another order. If you order an item that is out of stock this amount will be deducted from the final receipt. PAYMENT: We accept cashiers check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express for immediate delivery. We will only charge for items shipped, backorder items will not be charged until they are shipped.  For personal check or first time company's check, please allow up to two weeks for the check to clear before receiving your order. Please submit credit references for wholesale credit term or COD. RETURNS: We will gladly issue a store credit to your account for any and all items returned. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order for return authorization number (RA#) and return your items within 15 days. RA# should be displayed on the return package.  We will credit your account the cost of items returned minus the cost of shipping. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and label and in the condition in which it was sent. All sales are final after 15 days.
